Privacy notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026 · version v0.4. This notice describes the public website and the information you choose to send to Commerce Thesis.
Contact
To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, contact hello@commercethesis.com. Commerce Thesis is the public-facing name used for the platform. Additional business registration and jurisdiction details can be provided as they are finalized.
Information you choose to provide
Our public homepage and interactive sample visualizations do not require you to register. When you send an enquiry by email or, where available, through the private enquiry form, you choose to share your name, organization, email, role, country, planning timeframe, problem description and possibly your calculator assumptions. We use that information to respond to you, follow up on your request and maintain appropriate business records.
Interactive tools and examples
The example data in the Property Intelligence visualization and the decision calculator is hypothetical. The visualizations do not automatically submit selected layers, rooms or calculator inputs to us. When the private form is unavailable, the optional enquiry section prepares an email draft for you to review and send. When the form is available for an approved campaign, pressing “Send my private enquiry” sends the fields and calculator assumptions displayed on the page to our private database. You can use the calculator without sending either.
Website hosting and technical records
Our hosting and security service providers may process technical records such as IP address, browser details, request time and security diagnostics as necessary to deliver and protect the website. Those records may be processed outside your country.
For a web enquiry, Supabase stores your submitted details privately; Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse. A protected, non-readable hash derived from request information is used to limit repeated submissions. Enquiry records have a retention date and are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Contact us for a request concerning a particular record.
Analytics, cookies and external sites
This site package does not add advertising pixels, user-behaviour analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Browser and hosting platform features may still use necessary technical information. This site requests web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address. Links to external services, including YouTube and your email provider, are governed by their own privacy terms. We may introduce analytics in future with an updated notice and suitable controls.
Introductions and marketing
Contacting us does not authorize us to share your details with a supplier or add you to a marketing list. A separate optional checkbox lets you ask us to discuss a possible introduction; it still does not authorize disclosure to a supplier. We will seek appropriate, specific permission before sharing your details or sending optional marketing messages. We do not promise that an introduction will be available.
How long information is kept
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address an enquiry, maintain ordinary business records and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed according to the nature of the information and the relevant legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have sent us, subject to applicable requirements. You can also withdraw consent for optional future contact by emailing hello@commercethesis.com.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when additional services, analytics or partner-introduction processes are introduced. We will review privacy and consent before activating a buyer-enquiry campaign.
Email hello@commercethesis.com. You can explore the public website without submitting personal information.
